How to Customize Your Google Search Box Widget You can fully personalize the Google Search box widget on your Android home screen by modifying its shape, color, transparency, and logo style directly through the settings menu of the official Google app. Changing these visual settings allows you to seamlessly blend the widget with your custom wallpapers and icon themes. 1. Add the Widget to Your Home Screen

Before customizing, the standard search widget must be placed on your home screen. Long-press any empty space on your home screen. Tap Widgets from the pop-up menu. Scroll down and select Google.

Press, hold, and drag the Search widget to your desired spot. 2. Navigate to the Customization Menu

You can edit the widget by diving into the application settings. Open the official Google App.

Tap your Profile picture or initial in the top-right corner. Select Settings.

Tap Customize Search widget (or Search Widget > Customize widget).

Note: On newer versions of Android, you can simply tap the edit pencil icon in the bottom-right corner immediately after moving the widget. 3. Tweak the Visual Design Elements

Once inside the configuration interface, you will see a live preview of the widget against your current wallpaper, along with styling tools at the bottom of the screen.
